Sports
Along with the provision of the core P.E. curriculum the school offers a number of sporting activities including football, netball, gymnastics, swimming, basketball and tennis.
Children are given opportunity to compete in a range of inter-school activities in football, cross-country and athletics. |
Music
Within the school there is an opportunity for all children in P5 to P7 to sing with the school choir.
At Christmas the choir represent the school at local venues and performances in the local area and raise money for charities and worthy causes.
We work in close partnership with the South Eastern Education and Library ServiceSchool of Music who support us as we promote the musical ethos of the school.
Children are auditioned for a woodwind instrument in P4 or P5. If they are successful they will receive weekly tuition by tutors from the SEELB School of Music. |
