Concerns Or Problems

If you have a concern or problem, you should, in the first instance, contact the class teacher who will be able to discuss your concerns with you. S/he may involve another teacher (e.g. SENCO) if it is felt necessary. If the issue is not addressed to your satisfaction the Principal or Vice Principal should be involved. It is most likely that the issue will be resolved at the first stage, however if it remains unresolved after discussion with the Principal, the matter can be referred to the Boardof Governors via the chairman.
