House System

We have three houses at Knockbreda, a bit like Hogwarts, except they have four.

 

 

The houses are called Castle Ward, Mountstewart and Tollymore. Every pupil from P4 – P7 is in a house and has the chance to earn points for their house throughout the year. Points are awarded for all sorts of things like good work and behaviour, being kind and polite and of course special achievements.

 

At the end of the year after our sports day, swimming gala, house quiz and inter-house football tournament the house with the highest number of points wins the coveted house trophy!!

 

Each house has a house captain, a vice-captain and a sports captain who are chosen by the pupils in the house.
