Here are some Fruit and Vegetable Ideas

  • Any type of fruit (sometimes it looks more appetising when cut up)
  • Cut up vegetables such as carrots, celery and sweet peppers—dip into a soft cheese if desired
  • Fill a piece of celery with soft cheese

 

A healthy lifestyle isn’t about only eating healthy foods.  It is about

making healthier choices

and keeping the crisps, sweets and chocolate biscuits for a treat.

Stick onto a skewer or cocktail stick.
